Among traditional Native peoples, elders are respected for their cultural, spiritual and life experience knowledge.  Come listen to interviews with individuals from various Native nations and then discuss the myriad topics raised by their words. Included are Lakota activist/actor Russell Means, first female Cherokee chief Wilma Mankiller, Onondaga leader Oren Lyons, Comanche political activist LaDonna Harris, Abenaki author Joseph Bruchac, and other elders from the Cree, Ojibwe, Hopi, Skwah, and Wampanoag peoples.
