Tai Chi, often described as meditation in motion, is a gentle form of exercise that can improve your balance, coordination and flexibility. If you have never done tai chi or want to continue what you have started, this course is perfect for you—a good foundation from which to continue your journey in the world of tai chi. QiGong will bring good energy and relaxation in your life. You do not need to bring a mat to class. This is a one-hour class which will start at 1:40 to allow enough time for students to get to the gym.
