We liked what we were doing back then. The passage of time has exposed that which was traditional and pragmatic about a movement designed to be universal and eternal. We learn from our mistakes and there were more than a few. This class attempts to separate the life-giving New Testament message from culture bound contexts. There was solution-oriented literature, but it did not take. Few were listening. We hope to leave participants with a solid core, help reverse Christianity’s decline and present a foundation for the new generation. Short readings, discussion material and suggested reading will be sent out the week before each class session.
