Bryan McCormack – Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution
Bryan McCormack is a coastal processes and hazards specialist with expertise in hydrography, coastal erosion, storms and flooding. He is regularly brought in by Cape towns to provide a free consultation service about coastal processes and the outlook at specific sites to help towns make better decisions on how to approach coastal systems, construction, and infrastructure. His talk will be about how the Cape is changing: sand movement, erosion, sea level rise and the science behind these issues.
